Shovel Blade

This tough little shovel blade is made from imported 420 Hi-Carbon Steel, has a serrated edge on one side as a backsaw and measuring tool. A chopping blade on the other, can be used for carving, chopping and cutting. It offers excellent corrosion resistance properties.

The material stands out with excellent elastic and fatigue limit, especially notch fatigue limit. In addition, the material shows extreme hardness and wearing resistance after special heat treatment, therefore, the blade will not be damaged after cutting nails easily.

The hardness ranges from HRC 50 to 55, the tensile is 735 MPa and the limit standard is 15T.

Connecting Shaft

Our connecting shaft is made of high quality of aviation aluminium alloy, which is light and very strong, the tensile strength can achieved at 350 MPa.

And our connecting shaft has a unique design, it can offer three kinds of fixed angles( 30°, 90° and 180°) and can be used as a hook (30°), hoe (90°), as well as shovel or spade (180°).

The fixing ring is made of special steel, so it is very strong and durable, and with very good wear resistance. The service life can achieved about 152,000 times or more.

The Ring Gasket is made of Superior Silicone Material , which offer a very great damping effect, and this design is perfect to avoid direct contact of metal-to-metal, thus the fixing ring and handle will get a effectively protect.

Our nut and bolt also have a special designed, this make the shovel blade connect with the handle  very tightly and stably, and never loosen.

Besides, you will fond the connecting shaft can shear off the iron wire when it was embedded in the groove. It will supply much help when you need in the outdoor sports.

Handle

Our handle is made of high quality of aviation aluminium alloy to offer strong and light, and the surface is specifically designed with a exquisite knurling to reach a excellent anti-skid property, which conforms to ergonomics.

The surface is treated by anodic oxidation technology and processed by CNC digital machine to makes it reach the top level of integration and stability.

The exquisite knurling surface offer a excellent antiskid function and a cool appearance.

The O-ring gasket makes the screw and thread bite more closely, and can effectively prevent water and dust infiltrate into the inner cavity.

 Multipurpose Cutting Tool / Knife

The Multipurpose Cutting Tool / Knife is very useful in ourdoor sports, it is made of high quality of imported high-carbon steel, the overallhardness up to HRV55.

One side has a sharp knife edge and the other side was designed a unique sawtooth which mainly be used for scraping the scales off a fish. 

And the knife can be used to make a fire by work with magnesium flintstone, as well as cut the cords, 

Besides, the knife can be designed a bottle opener, this will let you can open bottle cap easily and enjoy your delicious beer in the outdoor.

It is a very useful small toll in the outdoor sports or wild adventure.

By the way, before use, the multipurpose cutting tool / knife should be tightened with internal thread of short handle.

Screwdriver

Our screwdriver is made of special steel,which is very durable and hard. The hardness is up to RHV55.

The screwdriver is dismountable, and can be loaded into the special storatron. When it was installed into the matched clamping slot of tube end. In order to avoid the screwdriver bit falloff, we design a strong magnet in the clamping slot.

Our screwdriver can be used as a Slotted screwdriver / Straight screwdriver and a Phillips screwdriver / Cross screwdriver.

Flintstone and Rear-End Handle

The flintstone is made of magnesium rod, it is easy to make a fire in the outdoor.

And when youare in a high altitude, the ordinary gas lighters is unable to strike fire, it is a bad situation, especially when your body get wet in the rain or get wet in winter, not fire, it is pretty bad. But all this is not a problem now if you carry our shovel around, the flintstone will overcome all unfavorable factors tohelp you make a fire and parch your clothes, get warm and roast some meat or other foods to make you feeling better, and can survive in the helpless in the wilderness. 

In order to help user to obtain the rescue, we Integrate a Survival Whistle on the flintstone.

The bar is joint with the rear-end handle.

P.S.: Before using flintstone, please scrape off the black coating of magnesium rod, and then use the magnesium rod to make a fire.

Tourniquet

Our tourniquet is made of medical natural rubber material, the length is 31cm, and the outside diameter is 6 mm.

In outdoor sports or wilderness survival, people’ skin often injured and cause bleeding, especially the artery bleeding, it is very serious and life-threatening. If there is a rubber tourniquet, it can help you save your lift or help you reduce the degree of injury.

So a tourniquet is a necessities in outdoor sports. This tourniquet is small and easy to be slipped into the pipe of the handle.
