Fast heating device in the tank shortens the auxiliary working hours before construction to guarantee proper spray temperature. Heat oil interlayer in the asphalt spray tubes realizes heat oil cyclic heating to ensure asphalt running smoothly in the tubes. Special-designed spray system can automatically regulate spray volume according to vehicle speed to keep precise and even spray.
It could substitute for the present asphalt distributors to spray not only asphalt rubber but also emulsified asphalt, cutback asphalt, hot asphalt heavy duty asphalt and high viscosity modified asphalt
