RJ155 Mobile Crane Safety Monitoring System is consist of weight sensor, angle sensor, length measuring sensors and intelligent data logger, it is used to measure and record the crane load, angle, amplitude and torque safety monitoring instruments. Data collection instrument used to collect and record the load, angle, amplitude, torque values, and can be based on the set warning threshold alarms; built-in high-capacity FLASH memory chips which can store large amounts of measurement data automatically; weight sensor shaft pin type, beside compression, tension and compression type multiple sensors; amplitude sensor using precise potentiometers, high sensitivity, high accuracy; high system stability, strong anti-interference ability and high detection accuracy. Instrument is equipped with RS232 interface for communication with the computer a wired connection, but also optional GPS positioning, GPRS wireless module to establish a remote wireless connection. By using PC software and remote network management platform to make real-time observations crane working condition come true.

The instrument can be widely used in construction machinery, port machinery and other fields.
