Usually,Palm Shell or Palm Kernel Shell or PKS,is used as one of fuels for steam boilers,which produce steam with higher pressure ( normally 22 barg) to power steam turbine to generate output, after that,exhausted lower pressure steam,about 4 barg,part of it will be input to steam FFB,but,others,however,released directly into air.

Now, our Steam Screw generators and ORC screw expander generators could utilize this part of lower pressure steam to generate output,

Some example as below,

22 barg pressure steam generated by boiler burning PKS, with flow rate 15 ton per hour.

This steam first input into a steam turbine rated 800 kWe,

Then 4 barg steam exhausted from above turbine, some part of it used to steam FFB, others, with flow rate about 5 ton per hour input into our Steam screw generator and ORC screw generator, to get net output 500 kWe.

And our screw type generators,could work normally when input steam with water,and variation from 20% - 120%.

Running costs is little, every 3-5 years to check bearings.
