Kelp and seaweed beater is mainly used for shearing , crushing ,beating and delivering materials of leafy and root plants like kelp and seaweed.

scopes of operation:
    The equipment is divided into coarse pulp and fine pulp of Two kinds:

 The first one: coarse pulp beater is mainly used for shearing and crushing leafy and root-kind materials. Generally , the particles can be sheared and crushed within the scope of 30-300 - mm shear and after they are discharged, particles are usually 5-10 mm. 

The second one: the fine pulp beater is mainly used for shearing ,crushing, beating and delivering fragile particles that are less than 5 to 10 mm and the size of discharging particles are designed according to the needs of users. This series of equipment has a large scope of operation and good effects, it can be used in shearing, smashing and beating varieties of plants like kelp, seaweed, vegetables and so on.

Main structure:

The main structure of coarse pulp beater：it is consisted of double shaft and tens of blades. Under the drive of motor and speed reducer, the double shaft blades interact with each other and produce a strong shear force to shear and crush big materials, the size of discharging particles are usually about six to ten mm. 
 

The main structure of the fine pulp beater is that it has three installations of absorption and mix, cutting and crushing and grinding in the working chamber of the pump body. And every installation has been smartly and properly arranged on the concave and convex disk, and interacted with each other at the high speed of operation. Besides, the blade combination of each installation has different angle and the materials can be extended toward the whole crushing and delivering process under the high speed of centrifugal force.
