1: Mould laser welding machine principle

1064-MW serial laser welding machine is special for repairing of small and medium mould and machinery parts. The machine is appliance of laser part deposition technology in tools and mould field. It can be used to amend the fault in production or special tools, it also can be used to repair the damage mould under production, this can length the life time of mould. Molding mould, punching mould and laminating mould can be repeat repaired regularly.

It apply all the metal and alloy, such as die steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, zinc, gold, silver, chrome, nickel, titanium etc.

3：Features

   Small welding spot diameter, small heat-affected zone, applicable for small and precise geometric area.

   No bubble and trachoma produced, directly grinding, polishing and wrinkle treatment after welding.

No substrate deformation and collapse, no strength reduction and cracks after welding.

   Welding is facility and fast, no need warm-up, can weld directly on workpiece or machine, no need separation.

    The laser head can dolly move, up and down move, rotary move. The Z axis apply precision motor organ, it is better for medium mould repairing.
