3.Other related Applications
1. For Standard production line
Main application: counting, measuring the height of the object, classification, scrap
Requirements: according to the shape of the products to decide, generally indoor environment is good.
Recommendation: according to customer needs and site conditions.
2. For car
Main application: Auto body dimension measurement (1. installed at the toll station - the car is slow moving. 2. Special testing site - car can stop), vehicle speed monitoring, ultra high monitoring
Characteristics: Accuracy is about 1cm, not far distance, but requires several laser sensors. The height and width can be measured by our existing laser distance sensor. The length is to be done by laser distance sensor and Laser speed sensor.
Recommendation: ZYT-0060 laser distance sensor, and laser speed sensor.
3. For Metallurgy or Chemical Plant
Main application: continuous casting billet length, length, width, thickness measurement of the slab, positioning, gas tank level measurement, material pile height detection, traffic collision avoidance
Requirements: require accurate measurement, precision is millimeter, gas cabinet position detection generally need explosion-proof certificate, it should pay attention to some of the gas or vapor corrosion risk in the chemical plant.
Recommendation: high precision, ZYT-LDS-0060 series sensor is best.
