Food Dedicated CMC has high viscosity, high degree of substitution, high purity, good performance in acid resistant and salt tolerrance, fast dissolving, solution with transparency and stability, significant thickening effect and so on. It is a good thickening stabilizer for lactic acid drinks and fruit/vegetable juice drink, which can play a role as emulsifier; It can be used in ice cream and ice lolly to enhance the  homogeneity of the dispersion of the materials, to prevent from generating ice crystal, and enhance the anti-melting performance.
