Dosage  of rubber accelerator liquid ob optical brightener

    1. 0.1%--0.2%,that  is adding 0.1---0.2  grams  additives  to  1kg  raw  material. 

     2. please  do  use  25kg  plastic  sample material  and  use mixer to mixing  them  for 10--15 minutes, when  the  amount  of  plastic   sample material  is less than 25kg ,it will not  work  out  the  expected  result.

Operation  Precautions

1, bake the flame P23 for 2 hours under 90°C before use.

2, the molding temperature is below 190°C
