- YDB series semi-automatic module laminator character:
1. Operation interface: conversion of both English and Chinese. Simple to learn and operate the equipment control procedures.
2. Operation mode: optional full-auto/ semi-auto/ manual mode.
3. Control system: stable and reliable performance with high precision, imported from German SIMENS PLC & Taiwan hitech touch screen.
4. Cover way: the vertical take-off and landing provides the minimum machinery running hours and substantially increase work efficiency.
5. Temperature uniformity: oil heating, multilevel control and multipoint measurement technology for the heating plate.
6. Plate replacement: new-type high strength heat-resistant rubber sheet. It only takes 20 minutes for the replacement.
7. Vacuum system: timely vacuum quantization control as per the instruction. Good anti-jamming performance, intuitive and reliable, provides best lamination quality,
8. Safety system: fault alarm for air, vacuum, oil level, over temperature, frequency converter, motor, of which there are four alarm systems for oil temperature. Double heating process can cut off safety lock automatically to ensure the safety of the equipment.
9. Data statistics: it counts the operating hours and the lamination times automatically, thus can get the maintenance rate and parts replacement rate as per the parameters.
10. Audio alert: original audio alert system makes the operation much simpler, safer and more humane.
