Centrifugal Type Electric Concrete Pole Making Machine

1. Overview                                                                        

Centrifugal spinning machine for prestressed spun concrete electrical pole is a kind of mold equipment, which is used for producing reinforced concrete poles and other cement products with a variety of different diameter and length.

Pole length: 6-15m or according to requests

The production efficiency is determined by mould turnover.

2. Technological Process:                                                                                                                                                                        

2.1. steel processing and steel reinforcement cage production: cold drawn steel, cutting, bending and binding

2.2. concrete ingredients, mixing system: concrete batching and mixing 

2.3. pole forming: centrifugal forming pole (need equipment: centrifugal spun machine, mould and feeding machine).

2.4. steam curing: new molded pole needs maintained for about 3 hours(steam boiler).

2.5. demoulding: After the forms are removed, check on-site appearance of concrete and repair defects if there is any. Poles should be maintained wet for sometime.
