Pre-sale Service
1) After received inquiry from customer, the sales department must carefully check and learn all customer's requirements.
2)Then transfering the inquiry to technology department for further confirming and caculating the cost.

After customer received the cargo, we promise if the quality of our goods are poor than the samples or customer's requirements and the case is true, YuanBo should compensate for the loss at once( return the cargo and arrange the new production, drawback the order payment, etc)
