Functions  process:

1). → auto feed cup  one big plate fixed with a cylinder and 21 cup foxes ensure the cup drop down from the loading space 100%.

 2).→auto fill nuts ---one nuts tank filling with nuts weigh 50KG  and fixed 20 filling heads under the filling tank ,the filling system adopt a roll shaft and the small rods with small barrels  fixed  in the shaft rolling with the motor ,and the nuts are filled into the cup from he tank holes .It’s very outstanding technology in the right now all over the world. 

3).→ auto fill pudding ---one pudding tank filling with pudding weigh 50KG  and fixed 20 filling heads under the filling tank ,the filling system adopt

 4).→ auto fill jelly---one jelly tank filling with jelly weigh 50KG  and fixed 20 filling heads under the filling tank ,the filling system adopt pipe to connect with the filling heads and with no leak drop system ,and it is very outstanding technology in the right now all over the world  also. 

1. . → auto feed aluminum sheet one roll shaft place the film and the other head recycle it. 
2. Film adjustable --one sensor for detecting the film image place and send the signal to the PLC center to analysis and judge it whether adjust or not. 
3.  and twice heat seal and one time cut the film.--brief.
