Overview

Pressure Transmitter is compatible with wireless and wired working ways. It can achieve measurement display with high precision, storage, and support for multiple transport interfaces. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, anti-vibration, high stability, non-oil-filled media, and so on. After a long-term product assessment of aging and stability, and rigorous screening process of other technologies, the transmitter has stable and reliable performance, strong ability of anti-overload, corrosion resistance. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power plants, mining, urban water supply and hydrological exploration and other industries which need to detect and control field pressure.

Operating Principle

Digital Pressure Gauge is composed of a pressure sensor, signal conditioning circuits and other components. It make the zero and sensitivity compensation in a wide temperature range through computer automatic testing and laser trimming process, the stainless steel isolation diaphragm of the front of sensor can withstand long-time corrosion of acid, alkali gas and liquid in petrochemical engineering and other industries. Output signal of the sensor is converted to a digital signal through signal conditioning circuit, directly output through the RS232 interface of TTL level, power is supplied by battery.
