Stainless steel bearings are mainly used in corrosion resistant and heatresistant environment. The raw material is martensitic stainless steel  including mediumcarbon martensitic stainless steel like 30Cr13and highcarbon martensitic stainless steel like 9Cr18,9Cr18MoV. Due to low  carbon content, after quenching the hardness of mediumcarbon martensitic stainlss steel is not so high which makes the wearresistance lower,  so it mainly used to produce bearings used in 400 degrees corrosion resistant environment. Both of carbon and chromium content of high carbon martensitic stainless steel are very high, after quenching the hardness, wearresistance and corrosionresistance is very high which have  good stainlessness corrosionresistance and heatresistance in water, atmosphere and some acids and salts solutions. The products mainly used  in chemical industry, food hygiene, medical equipment and high temperature/ corrosion environments.

The steel billets are produced as per GB/T 1220-2007 (stainless steel) and GB/T 3086-2008 (high carbon chromium stainless steel bearing steel) by Sichuan Changcheng Special Steel.

The steel billets need pilling to remove surface defects.

Products Quality Status: almost 30 sizes and hundreds of tons tubes were used by customers, the quality was steady and can satisfy customer’s requirements. The samples already pass the inspection of Jiangsu Metallurgical Product Quality Testing Center. Attached is the testing report.
