• Announcements

  1.Open the cold water tap water switch when grinding food waste
  2.After a period of use, need hard substances, such as small bones or fruit to clean inside the   grinding   chamber

• Cleaning processor

  Prolonged use, grease and food particles that are stacked in the grinding chamber   and splash Panel, likely to produce odor, so you need to clean the processor
  1.Turn off the processor and cut off the power supply

• Remove processor card:

 Processor motor stops turning while you work, there may be a processor is stuck, to  clear a jam:
 1.Pull the power plug
 2.Clip into the processor, out of card objects, processor motor cool for 3-5 minutes, plug in  the power,  then press down on the processor side or bottom red reset switch, restart the  processor.                    3.If the motor still does not move, check  whether the power distribution box circuit breakers  are  triggered or fuse is blown.
