Lead content : 22.5%～25.5%

  Loss on heating: ≤2.0%

3. Application characteristic

a. It is a kind of lead salt complex, formed by efficient thermal stability, lubricant, antioxidant and other additives.

b. It owns good heat stability and lubricity, offering product high surface gloss.

c. It has good coupling expansion function, promoting the resin and filler compatibility and appropriately increasing calcium carbonate dosage to lower the production cost.

d. It has good lubrication and increased toughness, good plasticizing effect and perfect melt fluidity to meet its high speed extrusion.

e. It adopts a more reasonable manufacturing technique and the final flake shape product belongs to dust-free products.

4. Reference dosage

3.0～4.5 PHR.

25 kg/bag, normal temperature and dry storage.
