Design and Manufacturing XH2Q Hot-detarring Coal Gasifier
A- XH2Q Two Stage Gas Furnace
Double stage coal gasifier is specially designed for gasifying bituminous coal, by which light tar can be carbonized out from coal in pyrolysis section. The gas calorific value produced with this gasifier is higher than that of produced with XH1Q series and it has better environmental protection performance. Big carbonization sectional area and coal storage, slow coal bed lowering and long carbonization time. Simple structure，convenient maintenance and small investment.
B-Hot Detarring Gas Station of Two Stage Gasifier The gas at upper section enters an electrostatic precipitator at the operating temperature of 90~150oC. The tar fog drops and dust in the gas are polarized, gather to the wall of polar pipe and flow to tar tank by itself. The gas at lower section is removed with large-particle dust through a dust hopper, enters a cyclone dust collector for centrifugal dust collection, and the dedusted gas has the temperature of about 450~550oC. The gas at upper section and lower section is mixed and delivered to a heating furnace through a gas delivery pipeline.
