Stepper Motor Driver uses the latest special motor control DSP chip technology of vector loop, thus completely overcome step-lose problem of the open-loop stepper motor, but also can significantly improve the high speed performance, reduce motor heating and motor vibration, so that power consumption of the machine reduces, processing speed and precision rises. In addition, in the situation that motor continuous overload, the output alarm signal is effective which makes the stepper driver has the same and reliability of AC servo system .the traditional 86 series and 110 series stepper motor is fully compatible with JZSA232AP .the cost is less 50% than the traditional AC servo system.
