food grade liquid silicone for chocolate mold making is double component compound for food grade silicone mold making, such as chocolate mold making, cake mold making, candle mold making, lost wax casting, polyester casting, PU resin casting and mounding.

   Suitable for Food Grade applications (See Technical Bulletin) - Great for making baking molds and trays, ice trays, casting butter, chocolate, fondant and other applications used to produce foods.

Shore 20A Hardness

Mix Ratio: 100A:10B by weight (requires digital gram scale)

Pot Life: 30 minutes - Cure Time: 24 hours

Also can be used for general mold making. Materials such as plasters, concrete, wax, low-melt metal alloys or resins (urethane, epoxy or polyester) can be poured into it.

All above food grade liquid silicone for chocolate mold making is forbidden to mix with organic compounds of condensation cure silicone rubber; otherwise, the silicone rubber will not cure, and also should not mix with organic compounds containing S, P, N as well as metallic salt of organic acids. It also will cause this product cure incompletely or not cure.

Warm Tips for food grade liquid silicone for chocolate mold making:

1. Sealing package for storage. The mixture should be used up at once to avoid wasting. 

2. Silicone belongs to non-dangerous goods, but keeps away form mouth and eyes.

3. When it gets stratified after a period of storage, Please mix RTV silicone rubber evenly before using, it does not affect the performance.

SHELF LIFE of food grade liquid silicone for chocolate mold making: 

8-10 months when stored under 24°C in original unopened packages.

PACKAGE of food grade liquid silicone for chocolate mold making:

Packed in 20kg/pail + 20kg/pail and 200kg/pail + 200kg/pail.
