Vacuum seal modeling technology (also called V method modeling) is the 1970s Japan invented and the successful development of a special casting method. is the single dry sand (don’t add water, binder and affix)for sand ,with plastic film in the heat with the vent and suction device on the shape of the coated forming, seal sand box, and depend on a pump type internal air, causing casting on internal and external pressure compelling dry sand get tight and needed for the formation of cavity with a physical modeling method.

Its basic equipment is :take suction filter tube sand box templates, vacuumizing system, plastic film heating, molding and cut off, and earthquake real stations and sand treatment equipment, etc.

Vacuum process molding is a new type special molding technics, and adopts single dry sand (no water, binder, tagger), then it is hot up, molding, pressurized sand-box, take out the air(vacuum), so sand is tighten. The course is a physics molding process.
