HUALONG WNJ Series Computer Controlled Torsion Testing Machine, or Twist Testing Machine are used to determine the torsional properties of various components – from fasteners to biomedical devices, torsion testers are ideal for simulating real life service conditions and checking product quality.  Our torsion testing line includes models for standard torsion testing.
Hualong offers a full range of torsion testing machines in capacities from 100 to 30,000 N.m. Higher capacity and other longer length models are available upon request.

Conveniently determine not only the ultimate torque of a specimen, but also how that specimen behaves under conditions of continuous or intermittent torque loading in both directions.
TorsionSystemV2.0allows complete machine control along with capture and analysis of the resultant torsional test data, showing the material behavior throughout the test.

2. Adjustable crosshead locking system allows crosshead to be free-floating or fixed during testing.
