For example, it’s used for die-casting dies, hot-working dies, and continuous casting roller etc. It’s also can be used for welding-repaired zinc and aluminum die-casting dies which exhibit highly heat-resistance and crack resistance.

The hardness of re-melt deposit materials mainly depends on parent materials and its chemical compositions. But these influencing factors will decrease with the increase of welding layers.
