1.Introduction

HS-05 Water Based Polyurethane Waterproofing Coating is a synthetic polymer waterproof material, it can be worked on base, which overcomes the old problems that the polyurethane waterproof coating can’t touch water or can’t be curing after touching water, and easily delay the construction period as the result of not enough moisture in the air or long curing time. This model as curing agent was made with natural water instead of toxic methylene double o-chloroaniline(MOCA), make improvement for production equipment and process, reduce the content of free TDI in system, which is a new generation of environmental-friendly waterproof material. After coating, this model can be

cured to the waterproof film with non-toxic, tasteless and high elastic , widely used in waterproof construction engineering.

2. Advance

A. Non-toxic, tasteless, non-polluting, safe and environmental friendly.

B. One component construction,ease of application, safe construction, it can be mixed by adding water directly.

C. Construction on wet base, with good acid and alkaline resistance, head and cold resistance, ageing resistance.

D. Good integrity, it forms hard and flexible sealing layer after the film formation, for general base, one time construction can reach waterproof request, and make decorative color layer by adding pigment.

E. Strong cohesiveness, bonded with concrete, masonry, wood, glass, metal and rubber is available.

3. Application Range

A. All kinds of flat or sideling roofing, gutter, canopy and other irregular roofings.

B. Underground constructure waterproof engineerings, such as basement concrete floor, internal and external wall, retaining wall, tunnel and well etc.

C. All kinds of constructure waterproof engineetings, (such as: toilet, kitchen, swimming pool, flower bed, sluice floor, construction joint, expansion joint, through-wall pipe, outfall etc).

D. Adhesive anti-corrosion, such as pipe outside anti-corrosion, anti-corrosion terrace and anti-corrosion pool.

5. Construction Usage

A.Basic Surface Treatment: Construction base requires strong, flat, dry, free of water,dust,oil, fill and level the indentation and breakage place.

B.Material Preparation: Open the coating bucket, take one time coating content, add 20% water, mix them evenly by electric mixer.

C.Construction: In two to three times, coating or brushing mixed coating on the base with rubber roll brush, coating or brushing in vertical direction in many times, which make sure the permeate and bonding of coating on base surface, coating layer curing time in normal temperature is about 12 hours, each coating or brushing interval time subject to no sticky membrane, squeegee coating layer need two to three layers.( Increase its waterproof performance by paving with glass fiber net or non-woven fabrics. )

D.Protective Layer Construction: In order to increase the bonding power between waterproof layer and protective layer, before coating curing, it needs to spray some coarse sand or small stone on the base, which solidify the bonding between protective layer and waterproof layer.

E.Material Consumption:1mm thickness is about 1.2 – 1.4kg/m2, 1.5mm thickness is about 1.6 – 2kg/m2, 2mm thickness is about 2.5kg/m2.

6. Notes

A.Recommend to use up coating in one time, if coating is still not use up, we must seal the opening month, which avoid curing by moisture absorption.

B.If surface forms a thin film caused by improper storage or long storage time, we should use it after cleaning out it, which can’t reduce the coating effect. If whole bucket forms film, it had been no useful.

C.Construction temperature is suitable above 5℃, while making construction, please keep ventilated around construction environment.

D.Coating should be sealed and stored under ventilated, shaded and dry place, and avoid sunlight exposure and rain, its shelf life is 1 year.
