  Aocter acid cellulase is made from excellent strains through liquid submerged fermentation techniques, which is a multi-component enzyme systems, it contains many kinds of endo enzymes, decompose cellulose into oligosaccharide and cellobiose, the final decomposed product is glucose.

Definition of enzyme activity:

  One Cellulase activity unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1µmol reducing sugar from 5 mg/ml carboxymethylcellulose sodium solution per minute at 50℃ and pH 4.8.

Functions:

1. Degrade the cell wall constituent of vegetable feed effectively, promote the release of nutrients, improve the feed utilization.
2. Eliminate the anti-nutritional factors of feed, reduce the viscosity of intestinal contents, improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients. Enhance the immunity of animals.
3. Supplement the deficiency of animal endogenous enzyme, activate the secretion of endogenous enzyme.

   Liquid: 5000U/g; 10000U/g; 20000U/g and so on, which can be customized according to the customer requirements.

Dosage:

1000U/g (mL) cellulase: 100-200g/ ton of complete feed (g/T).

Solid product: 25Kg/bag;

Liquid product: 25Kg/drum; 200Kg/drum.

Storage and Shelf life:

  Stored in a shady, airy and dry place, keep away form poisonous and harmful substance.

  Shelf life: 12 months for solid products and 6 months for liquid products in original packing under proper conditions.
