Chemical Composition:   aqueous mixture based on phosphate and amidine ammonia compounds

Properties:

Non-durable flame retardant for woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and non-woven fabrics which are made of cellulose fiber, wool fiber, viscose fiber or synthetic fiber

Semi-durable flame retardant for many kinds of blended fabrics

Good compatible with adhesive (preliminary tests are necessary)

Good compatible with water and easily seep into the fabrics

Soft and comfortable feeling after treatment

Not only can be applied by dip-padding, but also can be applied by dipping or spray (especially suit for the interior textiles being water washing or dry-cleaning)

Normally non corrosion during the processing and the finished fabrics

Barelycrystallizeon the fabrics under extremely harsh climatic condition

Attention:

Durable dry-cleaning by water insoluble soaping agent

Semi-durable flame retardant, non washable

The finished fabrics can not contact directly with high temperature because of chemical cleavage

A little bit color change (preliminary tests are necessary)

The finished fabrics do not give skin irritation

The bleached fabrics need to be deaminated before being treated by our flame retardant CGN

Typical application process:

Flame retardant CGN can be soluble in water with any size, so it can be directly added into the finishing bath. Some necessary surfactants are added to ensure the penetration function to the fabrics.

Curing temperature is between 100-130℃

The using amount of FR-CGN is depending on the fabric texture and absorbability, flammability requirement, other auxiliaries in the bath, etc.  

Dip-padding process

Cellulose          300-450g/L DQFR-CGN (10-14% dry add on fabric), pick up 70%-100%

Wool                thin      230-270g/L     DQFR-CGN       

thick   200-250g/L   DQFR-CGN

                         8-12% dry add on fabric

Automotive interior  

Cellulose            200-300g/L

Synthetic            preliminary tests are necessary

Dipping process (i.e. curtain)

300g/L-500g/L           DQFR-CGN (calculate the dosage according to the fabric dry weight)

Or 400g/L-500g/L       DQFR-CGN (calculate the dosage according to the fabric wet weight: (about 50% p.u.)

About 60- 70% liquid on fabrics, avoid the loss of the working liquid.

Curing temperature: 100-130℃ or dry in the air (no more than 150℃)
