Description(characteristic): Urea moulding compoundis a kind of thermosetting resin, which is made from urea formaldehyde resin or its modified resin, being added with various fillers, cellulose and other addictives, such as pigment, lubricant, curing agent, etc, and finally being cooled, smashed and selected. Urea formaldehyde moulding compound has an excellent feature of thermal endurance, electric resistance, mechanical strength, colorability , environment friendly and can be used in injection and molding. Application:
1.Application in building material; can be made into foamed plastic after added with foam agent, is a kind of ideal thermal and sound insulation material. Also can be made into bricks when being added with some fillers, an d being used as sealing material.
2.Application in kitchenware; for its excellent thermal endurance property and environmental performance and colorability , kitchenware made from urea formaldehyde powder is both excellent inside and outside. It is widely be used to make handles for electric cooker, electric frying pan, pressure cooker, bread maker and electric oven and daily used forks ,knives, bowl, chopsticks, cups and plates.
3.Application in low-voltage appliance; for its great electric resistance ability ,excellent thermal resistance and bright color, plus with its thermosetting material, it has a clear advantage in making low-voltage electric appliance, such as, insulative parts and components of electric switches, contactor, electric leakage resistance , electric hair drier, electric iron, etc.
