Description
Automatic PWB mounting machine, also called pick-and-place machine or P&P, is robotic machine which are used to place surface-mount devices (SMDs) onto a printed circuit board (PCB).
 
Our small size desktop pick and place machine, with features of  easy operation and programming, high capability, high accuracy, stable running and good cost performance.
It is  widely used in small batch production, product sample trials, laboratory research and development, LED SMT processing and other similar processes.
It is ideal for small & medium manufacturing enterprises, research laboratories and serious hobbyist.
 
How to work
1 Turn On
2 Clamp the PCB, put the componets tape and reel to the stack
3 Load down the work file from the inserted SD card
3 Press start/pause, start work
   The nozzles pick up individual components from the feeders/trays, rotate them to the correct orientation and then place them on the appropriate pads on the PCB with high precision.
