The shot-blasting machines type are the most versatile in terms of typical employment and size of the materials to be treated.
In fact the customer can choose the size and loading capacity of the machine according to the parts to be shot-blasted. 
The materials are hanged on the hook, and this is manually or automatically transferred into the blasting room. Once in position, the hook starts to rotate on its axis and move back and forward in front of the turbines (mounted on one side of the machine). These combined movements ensure the complete shot-blasting of the parts external surface. 

The shot-blasting type are facilities established for the treatment of pieces hanging from a hook, medium and large scale, ie from 2 to 30 ton.

Suspended load shot blasting machine

Suspended load shotblasting machines suitable to treat workpieces of different dimensions and/or particularly fragile parts. Our machines are provided with two or more hooks or with hoists in case of heavier parts. 
Magnetic drums separators and special systems can be supplied permitting the desanding operation.

Application:

The shot blasting equipment is widely used for cleaning the surface of various castings, structural parts, non-ferrous alloy parts and other parts. Specifically, it can deal with workipieces with diameters ranging from 500 mm to 2000 mm and heights from 1000 mm to 2500 mm.

It’s suitable for surface cleaning of medium-small casting.sometimes it also replace trolley type shot blasting machine for cleaning bigger casting along with increasing of loading of hook.

Blasting wheels:

Two sets of QY360 blast wheel assembly are installed on the side wall of blast chamber, which ensures the hazardous materials or waste on workpieces being cleaned can be thoroughly re moved. With accurate pitch and outer dimensions, the spiral blades at the bottom of the chamber have a long lifetime. Featuring a separation efficiency of over 99 %, the separator contributes to the great productivity of our shot blast machine.
