Shipping :

 For print head, since the value is high, so we usually send by Fedex IP, DHL, EMS. Please choose the shipping way you like when you placing order.

--Fedex IP and DHL usually take 3~8 days to your location. We have Fedex and DHL account. Shipping time and goods safety have warranty.

---EMS usually take 6~15 days.If remote region or custom reason, it will be a little longer time

--In order to avoid the buyer's tax, we usually ship the item as SAMPLE in a lower value. However the tax is depend on buyer's custom not us.Different countries, different tax rate. Any tax then buyer should undertake it.

Return service:

1. Please contact with us within 5 days afer you receive goods if you find any quality problems. Reture or exchange is acceptable for the problem goods.

2.If undeserved damage is caused due to personal reasons, we don't accept return of exchange. Any unreasonable return is not acceptable after receive the goods.

3. All our print heads are high-precision commodity and brand new, any improper operation or substandard supporting products will damage the print heads. So after receiving the goods, please first confirm print head model and specifications, any problem, please contact with our sales staff as soon as possible. Any problem after the print heads are installed and used will be non-refundable.
