1.Heating system

3.Cooling System

Equipment function: Refining Principle, no matter crude oil or waste oil for distillation, all of these first through heating to gasification and cracking, and thnen cooling.
So it is a closed relationship between the yield rate and condensation system. The power of cooling system is bigger than the power of reactor generally. which make the higgest yield rate.
We adopt three step cooling:
First step: cooling water and crude oil, pouring oil into the first measuring tank.
Second step: cooling light oil, pouring it into the second measuring tank.
Third step: cooling the oil gas and exhaust gas. Separating the gas more than C4H, delivering the gas less than C4H (can not be liquified on the normal temperature and pressure) to furnace.

4.Separation System

5.Tail gas recovery and Vacuum System

Exhaust gas recycling deviceis composed of closed firearms, channels, valves and gas spray gun. The main function is to prevent the gas go back to the furnace leads to danger.
