This series of equipment is a new product of coating equipment developed for the powder coating of rotor and stator coils. They are primarily used to make protective layer on the coil surface .Working process: A coil is preheated by dc and then put the workpiece (coil) into a powder fluidized chamber where the powder, as result of being heated ,is evenly adhered to the coil surface, making a high quality coating on the coil surface.

 WD-TL-XQTF series stator coilspowder coating machine is designed to do heating powder coating for the stator coils.                                                                           

Above machine is composed of                                                                          

1. Machine host 1 piece (1253x1300*including cleaning room 500mm*x2100mm)

Room body is made of A3 cold rolled sheet of 1.2mm thickness.                                     

1. DC electric heating device 1 piece

Heating power is adjustable within 0~5KW, its working condition is gap mode, heating time is settable.

It is made of PVC plate. It has assembly air room and micro holes plate.

F) 1st class pulse recycling device 1 set with 2 pieces filters and pulse automatic reverse blowing, which could clean the powder on the filters through the machine operation, and 1 piece air gun in the rear part.

G) There is optical grating on the gate of coating room, which is to keep the operator safer.

H) There is 3 colors tower lamp at the top of machine to show the machine status.

Model 25 pulse reverse blowing filter style recycling machine, machine power 2.2KW
