Brief description:

    Applying imported MS resin raw material and becoming elastic rubber body after self curing, it obtains very perfect sealing and water proof effect, and very good tensile strength, and elongation
    This sealant is used for water-proof of top grade building, steel structure of bridge, etc. It has excellent comprehensive mechanical strength, and has very good sealing effect to the majority metal such as carbon steel, coated steel, zinc, copper, and to paints and coatings and concrete, etc.

Usage

• surface treatment and clean: the working surface should be clean with no rust, no oil, no dust
• s ested working temparature:-10℃~30℃.
• soft packing: it is applied for tubular glue gun. When applying, we should first cut open the packing head, put the whole glue into the gun, install with matched glue nozzle, and then we can apply the glue.
• Once the packing opens, we should use the glue up.
• surface dealing: it should be finished in dry time, and some diluted additives.

Storing

•  storing environment should be dry, dark and cool, ventilented, avoid high temperature and fire. Under 25 ℃，it can be stored for 12 months by sealed storage.
• if it is stored over 12 months, it should be inspected before using.

Handling and transportation

• handling should be careful！
• exposion transportation in rainy or snowy day is forbidden.
• heavy overburden pressure is forbidden

Packing specification

• soft packing
• packing volume：400mL；600mL.

Health and Safety

•  This product should be used by professional trained operators at place with good ventilation according to instructions.
•  The users should ask the manufacturer for sealant instruction book.
