The complete set consists of five units, including magnetic separating machine (main unit), coil cooling system, rectifier power supply, pneumatic control system and overall electromechanical control system.
The main unit includes magnet (coil and external iron yoke), a separating canister with magnetic matrix and support, and a slurry distributing system.
The coil cooling system includes cooling water distributing pipe, external and internal cooling pipe system and heat exchanger.
The rectifier power supply includes dry type rectifier transformer and controllable silicon rectifier cabinet.
The pneumatic control system consists of pneumatic control valve, pneumatic control cabinet and air compressor.
The overall electromechanical control system consists of manual manipulation and automatic manipulation control system, the protection device to protect the cooling system from over voltage, voltage loss, over heat, peripheral equipment manipulation and failure alarm or automatic shut down system.
CRIMM series high-gradient magnetic separators (CRIMM separators for short) adopts advanced technologies including high performance shielded magnet technology; advanced stainless, magnetism gathering steel wool material; solid, liquid, air phase flowing film separation technology; low voltage, high current rectifier technology; PLC electric control technology; slurry flow, temperature & voltage testing technology, etc.
The magnetic field intensity is 2.2T, which is adjustable and magnetic gradient is also high.
PLC is used for the automatic control of all production process, enabling any adjustment in the process flow.
