TCDTO-1 Reforming oil refining catalyst
TCDTO-1 catalyst is used to replace activated clay and remove the trace content of Alkene in the reforming oil to prevent it poisoning the PX absorbent and disproportionation catalyst that following up. Active clay is widely used for its low cost and simple operation, but it needs frequent replacement of new clay, and has heavy pollution, not easy to pass the environmental test, the safety index of the installation equipment is low, thus it can no longer meet the production need of reforming equipments.
Adopting special molecular sieve with unique distribution of pore construction and acid strength as active component, TCDTO-1 catalyst’s single life is ten times the industrial clay, and can be recycled 3~4 times, the overall performance is on the international advanced level. Comparing with clay, TCDTO-1 has long using cycle, can significantly reduce the labor intensity and decrease the waste emission by more than 90%.
