Application:
This unit combines pouch packing machine with multi-head combination weigher, elevator and working platform being suitable for packing candies, nuts,
peanuts, melon seeds, kernels, potato chips, cookies and other larger granule or solid products with irregular shapes.
Features:

2. Colorful touch screen with different languages.
3. Auto detecting function, no filling and heating without pouch opening or opening not throughly
so that pouch can be reused without wasting.
4. Auto alarming when air pressure not normal or fault of heating pipe.
5. Bag width adjusting controlled by motor, cramp width adjusted by button putting.
6. Plexiglass safety gate protecting operators.
7. Imported plastic bearings without oil refilling to avoid pollution to products.
8. Oil-free vacuum pump avoiding contamination of the production environment.
9. Specially designed zipper opening mechanism avoiding pouch mouth from deforming or damaging.
10. Low pouch wasting, good sealing.
11. All contacting parts with products and pouch are stainless steel, meeting international food safety standard.
