1 Application Range:

※All varities of bottles can stand by themselves;

※All kinds of liquid, various liquid, emulsions, suspensions semi-liquid and cream produts;

※Liquid soap, detergent and other foaming products;

※Facial cleanser, shower gel, shampoo and other cream products;

※Honey, lubricating oil, edible oil and other oil products;

※Sulfuric acid, hypochlorous acid and other corrosive products (depending on the different product you need to change the material of machine part).

2 Feature:

※This machine can automatically feed bottles, orientate and fill them, then drive them out one by one

※It adopts PLC automatic control machine interface, easy to adjust, suitable for different bottles filling and filling volume.

※ It uses diving method to fill, to option different sealing rings to meet different filling products.

※When volumetric piston pump performs filling , it has high capacity accurancy. The clutch action is in conjunction with electromagnetic brake.  No inertia filling , high filling precision, high temperature resistance , acid and alkali resistance. This machine integrates mechanism, electricity and Pneumatic, In accordance with GMP standrad.

※No material extraction without can. When the barrel block, the host machine will automatically stop and alarm.

※No dripping when filling system sets shrink function.

※Cylinder can be selected: 25-250ml, 50-500ml, 250-1500ml
