Highly dynamic ironless linear motors from EAAT GmbH Chemnitz are ideal for the positing of small masses with unparalleled precision and maximum synchronization. Our ironless design consists of the primary part, which contains the fully compound-filled three-phase copper winding and the U-shaped secondary part, which contains permanent magnets and encloses the primary part. Inherent to this design is the elimination of the attractive/ cogging forces between the primary and secondary parts, which results in a constant linear force.
When moving small masses, these motors offer a very high level of dynamics combined with a fine degree of precision and repeatability. Their ultra-compact design provides multiple mounting options and flexibility.
Typical application areas for these highly dynamic ironless linear motors are applications where it is important to move small masses at the maximum possible speed with extremely high precision and repeatability. That includes high-precision measuring instruments, pick-and-place machines used in the semiconductor segment, as well as many other specialty applications.
