Kopo Rust Converter z-5115 is a light green liquid type.It can be applied on of any surface iron metal and can get the best result of rust converter,metal door and window etc.
When steel and iron are applied with Rust Converter on the rusted or non-rusted surface it affects the rusted area and forms a thin phosphate coating which will prevent further rusr.and is also good for paint bond.
Kopo Rust Converter used on iron metals for indoor storage will prevent rust for 6 to 12 month.
USE INSTRUCTION:
1.Kopo Converter z-5115can be used by spraying,brushing,swabbing or dipping.
2.Clean the oiled and greased surface of the new metal before applying it.
3.Brush the rusted metal with a steel brush and clean the oiled and greased surface of rusted area,if there is any ,before applying it.
4.It is necessary to use an acicl resistant tank,like glass,rubber or plastic for dipping operations.Dipping time 1 minute enough.
5.After spraying,brushing,swabbing or dipping wait for 12 to 16 hours for drying thorough then applying paint or for store.

9.Chemical Reaction:It react with rest and iron to form iron phosphate.The resulting on surface of ferrous metals is inert.It become hard and slightly grey in apperarance.It will not produce a separate coating on the surface being treated.It react chemically with and become partly the metal surface.
10.Application :Kopo Rust Converter is used as you received,no special mixing and no solution controls are required.
