Vacuum Airbag is a highly reactive absorbent materials, it is one kind of non crystal matter. Its Chemical formula is mSiO2•nH2O. It insoluble in water and any solvent, non-toxic and tasteless, has stable chemical properties, except strong alkali and hydrofluoric, it never interact with anything. Vacuum airbag is a product which has good heat transfer performance, buffer capacity, insulativity and high resilience. 
It is widely used in PCB traditional laminated, FPC flexible circuit board, copper-clad laminate and so on 

Use: 
1. Suitable for various types of screen's hot-pressing technology 
2. Separate the hot pressed product and the thermal head, at the same time resist static 
3. Thermal conductor for MIS

1. Has high diathermancy, thermo stability and cushioning capacity 
2. Don't bring damage to FPC flexible circuit boards, glass, etc. 
3. Antistatic behavior, without powder on surface

Technological conditions: 
1. Usage temperature: 160~190°C 
2. Pressing pressure:≤100kg/cm2 
3. Pressing frequency：60sec/t

Under the regular service condition, 10000 times need to change 

Packing: 
Use Release film special carton, inside one bag dry powder and aseismatic foam
