PRODUCTION PROCESS

From the mould making and design till extrusion into different kinds of products, we have a digital producing line as below:

1. Melting:  

Tung Kuang only uses 99.8% ingot imported from Australia. Recycled Aluminium materials are never used in Tung Kuang.

All the ingredients of the aluminium material are inspected Spectrometer analysis in order to satisfy high quality requirements in overseas building and other related industries.

 2. Extrusion:  

Our extrusion equipment ranges from 500 tons to 2500 tons and can meet a variety of usages, such as in building construction, residential and commercial sectors. The average producing amount per month is 700 -800 tons in Bien Hoa Factory.

In order to ensure the quality of every aluminium extrusion products, our Quality Control department have strict inspection system. Our QC personnel conduct inspection with the use of the electronic bracket, the sclerometer test and the electric conduction reflectoscope reflector tests.

3. Anodizing:

The surface treatment directly influences the durability of aluminium. Therefore, we strictly demand the Anodizing on the surface should not be less than 10 µ and its acid resistance gets above 50 seconds.Besides spreads 7 µ thick epithelia, our anodized aluminium products have high corrosion resistance to the exposing to sun and rain.

Our company also uses natural pigments. We only permit the end products to leave the factory after the anodized thickness satisfies the standard required.  

4. Powder Coating:

The standard thickness of the powder coating is 70 - 120 µ. Our Powder Coating equipment is imported from Germany and has the ability to coat any shapes of products and the colours will not be effected by the environment.    

5. Warehouse:

We have a wide-ranging and well ventilated warehouse area to ensure the products are stored in best and a constant dry condition.
