Galvanized base with color painted coils take hot-dip galvanized steel coil as its basic material. Factory adopts the newest technologies and the most advanced equipment to degrease, rinse, chemical transform the cold-rolled steel coils or galvanized steel coils. Then we make primary and refined lavation for the steel strips.

5）Zinc coating: 45--120 G/M2 can be made for you.

8）Surface treatment: Bright and clean, smooth and flat
9）Colors: As per the RAL codes. Seablue , Whitegrey , Bright red are our usual practice.
10）Coating structure: 2/1: Top+ Prime/Back, PE/EPOXY; 20- 25 microns/5-7 microns
11）Lifespan: 10-15 years, very strong corrosion resistance it wouldn't fade.
12）Tolerance: Thickness: +/-0.05 mm, width: +5/-2 mm; Total quantity: +/-10%; Zinc coating: +/-10%
13）Tensile Strength: >300mpa

Topside: 5microns primer+ (10-20) microns polyester. Backside: 5-8microns primer epoxy.
