Mesh Vinyl print
Mesh vinyl is the anwer if you are doing huge, outdoor graphics and have any wind concerns. Huge banners, building wraps, or windy applications, Mesh Vinyl Graphics from Design to Print are the way to go.
While mesh printing is similar to vinyl banner printing or billboard printing, there is very distinct difference - the material is not solid. Mesh vinyl has a wind flow factor, meaning a percentage of the surface area to be perforated permits wind to flow directly through the finished print. Mesh has a wind flow factor of 35%-40%, preventing the material from being torn up by constant wind, making it the ideal material for use where high wind is present. Our rule at Design To Print is: If you feel your banner needs wind slits in it, it probably should be printed on mesh!
Design To Print offers printing of long lasting, mesh graphics for a variety of uses. Mesh can be used for building side banners, large over street banners, pole banners, graphics hung between or over street poles, or any other high wind situation where large graphics are needed. Mesh is also a great choice of material for use in fence graphics to obstruct views of construction sites or practice fields.
Mesh material is ideal for building wraps and also stadium graphic wraps. High wind flow factor is needed for both wraps, and the characteristics of mesh allow for easy heat welding. Heat welding is used to connect many panels together and make large graphics from mesh materials.
Mesh Vinyl Finishing and Options
We are able to provide nearly every conceivable configuration for mesh graphic finishing. Options include: cabling systems, reinforced panels, sewn long lasting seat belt webbing, number five oversize grommets down to number one under size grommets, and edge reinforcing.
Specialty pole pocket plus reinforce corner techniques are our specialty. However if you need a different technique, Design To Print offers our customers the ability to use custom configurations to build mesh graphic wraps. Remember when purchasing oversize mesh prints that they are large graphics and will be viewed generally from over 10’ in distance. If viewed from more than 10’ mesh graphics can be printed at lower resolution without anyone noticing a difference in quality, saving you money. Smaller prints however should be printed at the highest resolution available for best looking prints.
