General description:
There are two kinds of holding furnaces: tilting type holding furnace and stationary type holding furnace.
We can design and manufacture furnace with shape of round, rectangular etc. To have aluminium liquid poured into furnace according to customer’s requirements. Meanwhile we can cast, refine, stir and carry out some associated processes before casting. Also we can regulate temperature by using of advanced technics.
Working procedures:
Furnace is heated by two high velocity burners which can heat aluminium liquid by equal or greater than 30°C/h. During heat preservation, one burner is shut down and the other one regulate the temperature under the control of PID. If one burner can’t work, the other one will reignite and regulate temperature automatically. Moreover holding furnaces are able to smelt concretionary aluminium resulted in power failure.
