Product Desciption
All the casting products are produce with three processes: Annealing, natural aging, vibration ageing, which can minimize the deformation stress of the maschinenbett. Five basic workpieces are all casting in High intensity. Thus can increase the maschinenbett's rigidity and stability. With reinforced rib plate in the casting products, which can resist from bending, and absorb vibrating.
Big base and pathline design of span, high rigidity. The bench designed with big size, in the valid working range, make it synchronization with stroke of X/Y axis. All the machines are testing through laser, then make the lead screw pitch and backlash compensation. That controls the machine's positioning accuracy and repeatability precision in the required range.
