Standard Configurations

  1. Cover unscrambling device. Only need to put the disordered covers of whole box or bag into the cover storage box of the machine.

  2. Cover feeding device. Using compressed air and taking good advantage of the gravity to feed covers.

  3. Cans unscrambling device. According to different requirements of capping speed, this device arranges the high-speed transpoting and immediately connecting cans, to make cans located opposite to covers when entering the capping device.

  4. Falling prevention device. To prevent cans from falling or leaning

  5. PLC system. All actions controlled though PLC system automatically.

  6. Photoelectric system. Automatically monitor itself, Covers should be provided when there are cans, and if something wrong with the machine, it will automatically alarm or stop.
