Double roller crusher is to use two groups individual drive rollers’ rolling force and grinding force to crushing materials, these force is produced by the relative rotary movement. When the raw materials fall into the crushing cavity, it will affected by the meshing force of rotating roller, and be forced to pass between two rollers, and be squeezed, rolled and grinded at the same time, then materials is start to splintering, and granule gets through the gap between two rollers along with the tangent line of rotating roller and thrown out of machine below. large grained materials can not pass through the gap and will continue to be crushed into granule for throwing out. 

Application: It used for fine crushing under high and medium hard ore, rock and fireproofing materials in the industry of ore dressing, chemical industry, cement, fireproofing materials, grinding material, construction material and so on. It has better effect in fireproofing materials and mining industry by comparing with normal crusher. In recent years, it also widely use for crushing steel grit industry etc.
