1. Direct-link structure for board-loading, tailor-made stainless steel chain conveyor, wear well
2. Adopting infrared heater to preheat system ,PID temperature control and auto-adjust voltage phase by simulation to improve the temperature accuracy up to ± 1°C .This preheating system is equipped with high temprature proof glass which can achieve perfect lead-free soldering ,preheating temprature combining with infrared heater, its special structure design allows the temperature drop from preheating zone to the solding zone less than ±5°C ;
3.Digital adjustment for spray system by using precise valve which is easy to operate .Japan-made special nozzle,cylinder driving, top and lateral exhausting filter system are available ,auto-proportion flux supply system can save the sprayed flux .
4.Outer-preheating moede for the solder pot ;all the materials inside the solder pot are stainless;PID temperature control, the temperature tolerance up to ±1°C.intimate interval design for the waves catering to the lead-free soldering;no swings with the first wave .
5. Forcible cooling system to ensure the cooling speed within 3~7 °C/s
