YBS series tumbler vibration screen is designed for manufacturers who produce largely and sieve in high density. The simplest sieving is eyes observing and hands sieving. And YBS series tumbler vibration screen is mechanical analogue for this. It is the most effective to simulate the movement of artificial screening (screening accuracy, efficiency and life of screen are 5~10 times of normal round screen).
The output is up to 5 times per area; its accuracy is 6 separation, and screening efficiency is up to 90%~95%; usage of efficient net cleaning device system, such as Silicone rubber ball and ultrasonic wave can stop sieve blocking; sealed dusting and safe operating; Acceleration is 4.5 times lower than vibrating screen, life of spare parts is improved to reduce maintenance; Noise is less than 75db.
Tumbler vibration screen is one kind of imitation artificial vibrating screen in low frequency. Its principle is: instantaneous motion is synthesis of the radial displacement and its circular motion. That is, it can lead to nonlinear three-dimensional motion by adjusting the vibrator of eccentric distance, and materials can also produce the same motion like manual operation. Then it can get to the purpose of screening. It can achieve more ideal result by matching up other spare parts. The materials meet the following conditions can use this kind of machine: Spherical, cylindrical, sheet, erose, easy pl ing and need precise sieving.
·The basic rotary motion is similar to artificial screening. Adjustable eccentricity from 25MM to 40MM and adjustable low speed V belt drive from 120RPM to 360RPM.
The staying time of each kind of product can be adjusted in the direction of drive axis by radial direction and corner cut of tumbler vibration screen.
Establish level and throwing three-dimensional tumbling motion. Materials evenly disperse in the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge, thereby spreading small particles to axial direction in spiral motion to complete thewhole screening process.
Horizontal and vertical acceleration increase as particles move and the particles whose sizes are close to the mesh size will be separated successfully: Larger particles are transported to the exit and there is as adjustable guiding device controlling flow rate at the exit. This guiding device is another factor to control the staying time of materials.
This process is repeated during each sieve layer.
