Notice for acrylic: Temperature:Acrylic will soften on heating to 100.C or above. So it should be above 100.C. Defect:Since acrylic surface hardness is similar to aluminum,so the surface protection should be noticed. If detect occurred,it should be used yellow aluminum to polish. Scratching:Since electrostatic will occur by dry cloth,if there is dust on surface,it should be washed lightly by 1% soap water by soft cloth. Heat Expansion:The index for heat expansion of acrylic is large and its extensibility is several times than that of metal,therefore it should be considered when installation.
